My husband and I have been customers of Perrywinkles for many years. I was in the store on Tuesday with my son, Stephen F. Duso Jr. I was getting my rings and Pandora bracelet cleaned. It just happens our super sales person Terry Feeley was there and helped me with my purchases of a new Pandora btacelet and charms and necklace in memory of My husband, Stephen F. Duso Sr who passed away August 30th. Terry was truly amazing helping me with this as always. My son was looking at watches and Alesha (spelling) was helping him. She was amazing also. Very knowledgeable about the watch and did the setting of it for him. Perrywinkles, you are very fortunate to have these two ladies working for you. I have shopped at Perrywinkles for several years, and appreciate being acknowledged byTerry, Cassy, Pam, Alicia and Sierra, by name everytime I come in.I have purchased Pandora and many other beautiful Perrywinkles pieces.Neva has also helped me with restringing my pearl strand, that had metal beads thatcaused allergic reations., She took the beads off and added Swarovski crystals which allows me to wear it again without problems. The necklace is absolutely beautiful.Since the metal allergies have been discovered I have replaced many of my previous items with lots of Perrywinkle pieces.Terry sends cards and always lets me know when there is a special event going on where I can save money, and still treat myself.Cassy, is the newest addition to the staff who I really enjoy visiting with, and she isbecoming very knowledgeable.I can always count on having a good time when I come in to Perrywinkles.

I stopped into Perrywinkles this afternoon to ask about inserts for my mother's rings that were too large for her. My mother is elderly and disabled and was waiting for me in the car. One of the sales associates, Pam Ryan, went above and beyond to help my mother. She went so far as to come out to my car to make sure the rings fit perfectly for her. She was so pleasant and friendly to talk with. My mother really enjoyed her and was so surprised with everything she did for her. Thank you Pam for your help today. I recently went into the Plattsburgh Perrywinkle's Store with a wish to have a piece of jewelry made representing three family members that have passed away. I had jewelry from all 3 and some of my own to incorporate into the piece. Hilary McLaughlin took on the task of designing a piece and Pam Ryan helped with the pieces of jewelry to be broken down. I had the thought of a ribbon design or Tree of Life pendant. With discussion the idea of feathers was born. Hilary did a fast sketch and tears were shed. Three feathers representing my 3 loved ones was born. Hilary and Pam kept me informed with every step. I was in the store quit often looking at the drawn design, to trying on a cut design, to approving the mold, my pendant was coming to life. The detail of the feathers, the placement of the stones and the meaning behind the piece came to life for me. The crying through every step was always made comforting with a hug. Pam, Hilary and all the staff were so amazed with how the pendant turned out that everyone was in awe. They all took turns staring at the pendant and I think were a little upset to see it leave the store. Hilary has since left the Plattsburgh Store but is working her magic in the Watertown Store. She was not there when I picked up this beautiful work of art so we took picture's and texted them to her. She went out of her way to contact me and congratulate me. I wish her luck in the new store and can't say thank you enough for the representation of my loved ones in this necklace. Thank you Pam and Hilary you were wonderful to work with.

I recently purchased a pair of earrings at this location that didn't work out the first couple of times wearing them. When I went back into the store to do an exchange Jessica went above and beyond helping me find another pair that fit me perfectly and I could wear on a daily basis! The atmosphere is amazing! My recent experience with Perrywinkles and Pamela Ryan, in particular, was not only a pleasure, but also a great success due to Pam's expertise and perseverance. When I presented Pam with my idea to acquire an imperial topaz for my husband, symbolizing our 23rd anniversary, she grabbed and ran with it! She asked important questions to guide the search, including size, shape, price range, and possible presentations. Within a few days she let me know an imperial topaz was not available. BUT, she did not give up. Not long after she called to inform me that the sapphire is an alternative gemstone that can also represent the 23rd anniversary. Needless to say, I was thrilled with her follow through to help me, plus the fact that sapphire is my husband's birthstone (Sept.). Again within my price range, Pam found two sapphires for me to choose from and graciously helped me decide. I am thrilled my gift idea is going to be a reality...all thanks to Pam and Perrywinkles. Pam is continuing to share her creative ideas of how the gem can be displayed as a keepsake such as set in jewelry, a keychain, tie bar, or special box. I'm going to let my husband decide. Pam will help you in any and every way she can using all her talents, including perseverance, creativity, compassion, and the knowledge and expertise in her business.

I had a custom dream ring made for me after graduating nursing school. Pam was extremely helpful in designing this ring. Which I continue to receive compliments on it almost daily. I love it so much Perrywinkle's is my store of choice when it come to fine jewelry. Just recently I stopped in to purchase another piece of jewelry and Terry greeted me as soon as I entered the store with a smile. She was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions and the customer service by both Pam and Terry was impeccable. Let me start by saying Perrywinkles is incredible! Everything about their store has been top notch from the second my fiance and I walked in.
